We few are living nearby decathlon, mysore show room, we are all working in various offices and evening from monday to thursday or friday (3 or 4 days in a week) approximately half n hour to one hour we used to play table tennis in d decathlon, mysore since last year. Also we used to do shop as and when discount offers or if we likes or suits also we used to give publicity to our friends and relatives.
Sir, we regret to inform you that since yesterday, decathlon staff of mysore not allowing us to play table tennis and saying the very cheap and ridiculous reason that trial room is near to table tennis and lady customers are given complaint. It is highly shocking and great insult to us. If customer gives a complaint your staff should find out the miscreants and punish them but not to generalize and insult the innocence. If it is really not allowed for tt playing means, you should not allow the other trials also like cycling, skating and other games too which is very dangerous, no one z wearing helmet and driving scating, cycling within the premises of decathlon. Even one child met with an accident became unconscious, admitted to gopal gowda hospital some time back. We can produce the video records of rash cycling and skating within the premises.
So, we request you to get the information from your staff that at what purpose they are refusing to play table tennis if so how they allowed to play dangerous cycling, skating and other games inside the premises. Also advice them that we too are a customers and teach them how to behave with the customers
