Decathlon — raised a return request, it's been, a month my multiple times follow up has no result or reply from them till now.

I purchased an elliptical trainer, which i didnt use because of surgery and raised a request for a return, the rep called after a week that they will contact and pick it up.

Till now no reply from them, i have emailed several times, no reply, i have tried contacting on the phone, no show up, i have tried with the chat, no result.

My advise to everyone dont buy anything from this fraud company, they only show class in the store, after purchase they are total fraud.
