Recently Purchased a TT Bat from Decathlon, the delivery has not been given to me, but they are showing it as delivered, I contacted the customer care and they are confirming that it is delivered, For a prepaid delivery the agent has not even contacted me i don't know who he has delivered the product to.

I purchased 1 Gift Card for 2000Rs on 23rd Dec21 from Theatre Road Outlook. The billing person handed over the card to me said that there was system error and the loading will be done in 48hours.
it has been 20 days and the gift card is yet to be loaded which is embarsssing for me .
When i call them on the phone number ([protected]) given in the web page they keep transfering the call and they vaoid my compliant.
i am Covid Positive and unable to visit personally
