Dear sir/madam, My name is opinder jain and during one of my travel from mumbai to hyderabad, jet airways personnel has damanged my luggage and upon taking up the matter at teh airport upon arrival at hyderabad, i was assured by the ground staff manager that they would pay me rs.7000/- for teh damage and also raised a complaint in their internal system and handed over an acknowledgement to me. Post that i received calls from their hyderabad airport staff that they are sending me the said amount. But no one ever turned up. Finally on 6th jan 2018, i sent an email to their customer care along with the scanned copy of the acknowledgement issued to me. From 6 januray i receive a standard email attached below. Dear mr. Jain, Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay in resolving your below query. With reference to your below mail please be informed that the details of your query has been already forwarded to the concerned airport team and are awaiting a reply. As soon as there is any update we will keep you informed. May we request you to please bear with us till such time. Sincerely, Savita Baggage services unit Jet airways (I) ltd. I do not understand that in this day and age how are they not able to get the information. I request you to publish my complaint so that people should know the efficiency of customer care service of jet airways. And please help me get my money.
