I have booked an Ola auto on 5th August 2018, The driver denied duty becuase of the Ola credit feature which Ola has provided to me.The driver cancelled the trip and a penalty of Rs.75 has been charged to my account.when i contacted Ola customer care they said that they will not refund the amount charged.The delivery executives are rescless and are least bothered to patiently answer the customers.This has happened thrice to me, whenever i reported they abruptly denied stating that it was my fault.The drivers dont have faith in their company, they dont get payments for Ola money for which the customers should be troubled.The head officials are turning big bucks in their pockets by cheating customers and allegedly charged them which is not their fault.When i said i am going to publish this in the press the officials said that that makes no big difference for them and to go ahead.Ola is turning into a fraudlent company now Was this information helpful? | |||||
