What’s the best?

The few tournaments i've played on their website using my mobile was satisfactory -
The waiting time was less.
Tables were loading really fast.
Seamless gaming session was possible.
Tournament structure was simple.

Genuine promotions
They gave me, what they promised. I've won 2 gold coin so far (Mind you, the tournament is free). Cash rummy tournaments are my choice because it helps cushion my purse notably (Have tried with rs.9000. Withdrawal was fast so far).

Sign up bonus
They credit the account of all new registrants with a signup bonus of rs. 25. They do have a 100% first deposit bonus. The bonus is credited to the account instantly. One can avail a maximum bonus of rs. 5000 for their first deposit. I got rs.2700.

Simple user interface
Cleanest user interface not clogged up with way too many options, is very user-friendly and ideal for an engrossing gameplay. The tables on their site were fast loading when compared to the other rummy sites that i've played so far.

What’s not good?

No mobile apps - i'm really surprised that they don’t have a mobile app. It is good that site is mobile responsive but most people (Me included) love the comfort of playing in apps. They are the fastest and best way to play games online.
No private tables - most rummy sites have private tables and that is missing in deccan rummy. I for one wish to avoid the crowd and set up my own table and play with my friends in a private environment. Do consider opening up private table feature atleast for premium customers.
No live bug reporting - bug reporting in tables must be made easy and bonus must be increased for each genuine bug that gets reported.
Cash prize increase - an increase in the prize amount for free tournaments is recommended, considering the time and effort put forth by the players.

The company was actually satisfied that I gave a good review voluntarily. I was given compensation for that. Really best rummy site. They don't create spam Reviews like other rummy websites. I love Deccanrunmy.

Deccan Rummy, a rummy site in India is being used by many people. However, I have experienced many problems with this websites. Also, I have heard a lot of complaints about it from my friends. The table loading takes a lot of time. You have to wait for really long before you can actually start playing the game.

You at least have to wait for 5 to 7 minutes for the tables to load. Another drawback is that they do not have a mobile application. Most gaming websites have their apps, so people can enjoy their favorite games while on-the-go. However, this website has no app and so you can only play it on your laptop or desktop.

And yes as my complete gang is into Rummy, we wish to play the game amongst ourselves. However, this website does not have private tables. This is a major drawback. And yeah, there are many bugs in the game. It is advisable for them to give our good cash prizes or at least good bonus on pointing out a bug. There are a lot of improvements required for this site.

My friend’s gang is now looking for another Rummy website that allows users to set up their own private table. By far we have found Khelplayrummy.com to be a good option. It is easy to use and has a mobile app as well.

That was a pathetic attempt at marketing Khelplayrummy 😊 Anybody who is truly impressed with your site will be busy playing at your site and not doing marketing work for you in your competitors site complaint board 🙄

I think the comments to this complaint are spam and provided only for cheap marketing purposes by the competitors. Consumer complaint forum must strictly discourage such activities.

I strongly believe that if a site is good enough, the players get glued to the site and not go on creating backlinks for the site in competitors complaint board. Cheap marketing tactics I must say.
