Deduction Of Amount Without Proper Intimation — amount automatically deducted from main balance without any information

I have 32 rs balance in my account, but on[protected] amount of rs 23 deducted. When i call to customer care (Supervisor) they didn't not explain and talking worst behaviour with the customer his name is mr. Rajesh. Immediately i want refund my amount, other wise take action immediately to the supervisor rajesh. When i talking to him he will not talking to the customer and again cutting the call. Please take action. Thanking you sir
