Iam gopa sarkar residing in west bengal. My address is saguna green belt colony, p. O. Saguna bazar, p. S. Kalyani, pin 741245, dist - nadia. West bengal. I want to pmkvy training center anandanagar saguna kalyani pin741245 west bengal for beutician course on february 2018 that time sima chowdhury one of beutician trainer has collected my adhar card xerox, voter card xerox, bank of baroda account number, sc certificate xerox, madhyamik admit xerox for the beutician course by sima chowdhury. Sima chowdhury has collected my phone number and all other details. Sima chowdhury with the help of my documents taken admission of other girl who is doing the course in my name without my concern. Sima chowdhury as beutician trainer has done a fraud case with my document without my knowledge. One of my friend of these training center has informed me that some other girl is doing the beutician course in your name. Sima chowdhury as beutician trainer misused my document she should removed from her job and my document should be returned immediately so that misused of my document should be stopped immediately.
