Defective Product — wrong product delivered

Few days back i ordered a pink georgette kurti ffrom suits label for summer specials of inr 990

But today i received a wrong product which is of very cheap quality and of around inr 200 approx.

I want to lodge a return but the return button does not appear and they have locked my account as well.

I want my money back. From such fraudsters.
