I applied for DDA HIG Flat and paid an amount of Rs 200000/- from my Kotak savings account for my DDA application number 1100152. However, I have not got any receipt of payment and amount has been deducted vide Ref No. [protected] from my account. The payment has been failed and I am asked to again pay the same amount of Rs 2 lakhs.

Kindly update the payment status at the earliest and refund the amount.

I am attaching form zero complaint and ticket number in screenshot.

Sir, I want to surrender my flat allocated to me. I tried at many places but was unable to process my request. Please help me in this. I want to surrender my flat allocated to me and want my application fee to be refunded. I am attaching the allocation letter for your reference. Please tell me what should I do. Thanks
