Delhi Development Authority [DDA] — delhi development authority [dda] I have not received my dda 2019 draw deposited money after cancellation form submitted

Dda housing scheme 2019 refund not received till date. App no 801734. I already submitted the cancellation on 30th july 2019 through online mode, and a successfully submitted email received on my email from DDA. Today is 11 September 2019 but still to get refund. All dda helpline nos are useless and are of no help at all. I have also contacted my associated transaction bank, but they said we cant do anything and can be resolved by dda only.
