Gardener Of the Park and the security guard (guy in the picture) lights up the fire to the dry leafs and the garbage in the pit shown in the picture. It is happening from Last few Months and every other Day. The Smoke makes Air Filthy Around The Block, and smokes gets filled inside the houses with the burnt smell. It makes it very hard to breath inside and outside the house.

Updated by Karankuks29 He is the guy, who works at RP block DDA park and is responsible for this act. I've spoken to him about this, but he won't understand. He is misusing his authority.

Today April 24, around 1 Am. They've light up another fire at the park. The air is really bad because of it. They just don't want to follow any rules.
