Please note that I have surrender my LIG on 10.02.15 with receipt no. REC /H/15 /5919 i was told that I going to receive my registration amount with in one month still not received by me . Dda couldn't solved my problem, Neither it's staff contact me nor emailed me about my refund issue.plz what next step I'll follow.

Please note that I have surrender my LIG on 10.02.15 with receipt no. REC /H/15 /5933 i was told that I going to receive my registration amount within one month still not received by me, again dated 23.02.2015 I have submitted a new surrender application receipt no.
