Dear sir

I have surrendered the alloted flat with application no. 1702165 on dt. 9th jan 2018 with receipt no. Rec/h/18/817 received by mr. Rajiv at vikas sadan.

I have visited vikas sadan twice but could not get any information.

Still waiting for registration amount to be credited in my account.

Kindly provide the details of procedure and where my file is stuck for whatever reasons.
