Delhi Housing — not refunding my booking amount

I premta malhotra have got a flat type-4 super hig in a draw which held on june-04-2019 but need to surrender my flat and wants refund of booking amount of 41k ₹ but they are refusing it. Previous its was written in the site if you surrender then 5k will de deducted as processing fee and rest will be refunded but now that’s also not in website now. I’m moving out of delhi and not require this flat now but they are giving me lame excuse like to visit our office and discuss and said they don’t have policy to refund after draw. Overall it’s look like fake site and don’t pay further amount to them.
