Delhi Jal Board — An Inflated Bill

Address: House No 162, Second Floor, Pocket 7, Sector 1A, Dwarka, New Delhi

This is to bring your kind attention towards an inflated bill being sent to us. We got the allotment in 2006 since then nobody is living there. There is no Water Meter and Electricity Meter. And still we are billed for approximately INR 1, 85, 000 .
Without an electric meter or water meter, how can the bill be of 1, 85, 000.
