*complaint for bill payment* This is in regards to k. No [protected] in the name of devender kumar shukla, as we are facing problem regarding services provided by delhi jal board and there employees as of now whenever they show up its own there ownterms which can be early morning, late evening of even on sunday's any time during the day troubling our seniors (Mother) and some of them asking for bribe and some of them asking to close it by paying less to them directly without even knowing the fact that we are paying in full to delhi jal board after every billing cycle i. E; 2 months billing statements. Looking at the scenario we have come to know that there is no digital india after even paying them in advance for almost inr 6200.00 which is paid in 2016 and that amount is still getting deducted from advance payment made by us in 2016 & & still we are holding the upper hand till last month for around inr 400.00 balance & all of a sudden there employee showed up and claiming we are now getting new bill generated of inr 28744.56. Spoke to mr jagat singh (Employee del jal board) as he can be reached @ [protected]. Claiming that we have to visit by 11 am and pay these bills and needs to pay in full or else will be charged for penalties. Please find attach bills paid in may and showing (-) balance and all of a sudden getting such bill. Old bill, new bills are attached Was this information helpful? | |||||
