Delhi Jal Board — Complaint about wrong meter reading or bill

Respected sir/ madam

My kno [protected] and meter no. 085419 recently i received the bill for the amount of rs.8463
But the last Four month, the water was not come properly and bills are come every month for average basic.and reading is not mention in my bill .am attaching water running meter.

Please consider my complain and take the relevant action and also rectify my bill as soon as possible.
