Sir, i am a resident of b 52 vivek vihar phase 2 delhi 110095 my delhi jal board meter is running very fast k no. [protected]. This month the djb bill is of rs 3223. That is very high. I called at the complaint centre they registered the complaint but nothing happening. Currently i have paid the dues to avoid any penalties. From the past few months we recieved black and dirty smelly which we cannot use in any purpose not even bathing! Please solve this problem as soon as possible!
