I would like to inform you regarding the issue which i am facing. I don't have any idea to whom this email has to be addressed. Please do the needful in the matter of excess bill generated for unit 92 whereas, it should be for 46 units in 68 days. Initially, they did lump sum billing by recording less reading than actual and now charging for the reading consumed in past but under the caping of subsidy limit of 20 kl per month.

Found error in method of calculation or invoicing.

We are suffering from too much dirty and smelly water in our office from last 3-4 days. Due to that everyone even can't able to wash their hands.kindly clear the issue as soon as possible. So many disease will appear with dirty water.
