Please refer to our complaint dtd. 2nd may 2019 regarding faulty water meter of our above mentioned key number i.. E. [protected] Water meter reading not giving reading since march 2018 as per bill dtd. 26th march 2018. We are getting bills without reading and adding lpsc charges very high in every bill since march 218 Kindly change the meter and issue bills accordingly without lpsc charges. Dear sir
I have received the Bill of Rs. 37460, for Bill number[protected], this bill is for the period of 17/09/18 to 04/05/19 which is 229 days and units are 717 Kl this is very high for a family of 3.
Please resolve the issue as the meter running too fast.
