Delhi Jal Board — I'm complaining against groundwater overflow

I'm the resident of a-94, gulab bagh, uttam nagar, delhi-59

The family on the top floor, keep their motor for groundwater on for a long time even after the tank get full. It happens 20 days in a month. Even after complaining to the owner daily, nothing fruitful. All the neighborhood is distressed to see this kind of wastage. Kindly look into the matter please.

three or four days water of my area 2/233 2nd floor subhash nagar new delhi 110027, very durty and smally and not for use drinking washing and any purpose. Please solve the mater earlyest
