Delhi Jal Board — invoicing issue

I am b k puri, requesting you several times that my flat no. A. B.-100, shalimar bagh, delhi-110088 remain closed for more than 10 years. But, i am receiving the invoice again and again. Therefore, i request you to please look into the matter and waive up the same at your earliest. So that i will be tension free.
