Delhi Jal Board — Request for correcting the delhi jal board water bill no.[protected] dated 22.01.2017 pertaining to k no. [protected]
I m a 70 years old senior citizen living alone with my 66 yrs old wife in a LIG flat . Ever since my new digital meter has been installed by Delhi Jal Board, I always get exaggerated and wrong meter reading and every time I have to get it corrected .This has become a routine procedure ever since the new meter no.15045101 has been installed and numerous requests have been made to correct the meter reading taking process so that I get correct bill but onus of responsibility is passed on to "SPMLl" and no of requests have also been made to them but of no results. My problem remains still unresolved.This tim I again got very exaggerated wrong bill no.[protected] dated 22.01.2017 which shows reading "141"on 4 Jan. 2017 whereas at 330 PM on 22.01.2017 the actual reading in my water meter no.15045101 is "88.3" kls .The complaint to this effect has also been booked vide complaint no. [protected] on 22.01.2017 at Delhi Jal Board Helpline no 1916 with the request to correct the bill.A complaint to this effect has also been made with"SPML"helpline no on 23.01.2017 to look in to the matter . At this age of 70 yrs. I feel extremely harassed and troubled as every time I have to visit Delhi Jal Board office at Giri Nagar to get the bill corrected. I very humbly request to u to get this bill corrected and to ensure that in future I get always bill with corrected meter reading. I hope for immediate necessary remedial action.I shall be highly obliged.
