Dear Sir,
I am resident of A-5-B/162 A, Janak Puri. Approx. 3 to 4 months back Gutter near to my house was cleaned in front of me but the Malba/Garbage is still not removed. With the effect, we cannot stand in front of main gate of our flat. Due to this, me, my wife, my 3 year old daughter got infected one by one in past months and I immediately rushed to doctor and spent a huge money on our treatment.
Inspite of complaining so many times at A-2-A/A-2-B sever department to clean this malba but no one bothered to come and clean this.
For the last few days, one sewer is blocked just outside of my home and we are facing lots of issue. A bad smell is surrounded in and outside of my home. Our neighbor complained many times to Sewer department but no one came to clean.
I am requesting you with folded hands to take some immediate action to remove that garbage and clean the sever. For that, I shall be very grateful to you. For your reference, I am attaching the pictures of the garbage and sewer.

I am residing at E-15/B, DDA Flats, Munirka Phase I, New Delhi and have been regularly paying sewage charges along with normal water bill. Services of sewage cleaning (behind our block )every year before monsoon continues to be extremely poor. With the result, the entire flat floods 3-4 times due to chocked/over flowing main and sub sewers every monsoon but no relief despite repeated complaints.
IN the beginning of current monsoon, as a result of rain for half an hour (on evening of 16th Jun) . it was as usual flooded damaging our new and old furniture. I tried our area emergency number 26100644, continued ringing, no response . I contacted Mr Shashi Kant on [protected], their operational staff who expressed his inability to attend emergency due to shortage of staff, moreover, according to him it is not an emergency/24X7 to cater to victims in such flooded situations.
This morning on 17 Jun again we had to face similar havoc of flooding whole house with muddy water which can cause serious health problem. Finally I spoke to Mr Tyagi, probably EE but for three hours nothing has happened and we are draining out sewage overflowed water.
I admire the regime of MCD when similar situation arose around a decade back when Mr Rakesh Mehta was Commissioner of MCD, who instructed the concerned staff the same day and needful done. MCD had sent one truck fitted with some hydraulic or some mechanical process with big hose to clean entire sewages in and around our flat, with the result no such problem re-occured for three years. Now the creation of DJB things have become worst and they don't treat this situation as emergency.
This monsoon is expected to have heavier rains than before, if the begining is so horrible what will be our fate later.
I request authorities concerned to treat this as emergency and relieve our flat from overflowing muddy water to avoid serious in-hygienic coniditions.
If I do not get any solution urgently, will be forced to draw attention of media towards lack of services of Delhi Jal Board, having charged hefty amount towards sewage charges.

I have so many time complaints in your office in West Vinod nagar near saraswati apartment office that the my main problem is Sewer problem. because few month ago I have already lodged complaint and open the sewer by jal board. but second time the sewerage blockage in the present time. I am living Nehru gali mandawali fazalpur. .
Sir, two weeks passed but neither any sewer employee come to my house sewer opening and nor any action taken sewer department open the sewer jam positions are as well as till date.
Sir, I have reminded you that the sewer line level and my house sewer chamber level are equal that is the main problem here is creats in my house. I AM RESIDENT OF(NEW MOTI NAGAR B1 BLOCK NEAR PURI MANDIR) SINCE MORE THAN ONE WEEK WE ARE SUFFERING FROM LOTS OF PROBLEM .INSIDE OUR HOME DUE TO WHICH ARE WHOLE FLOOR SMELLING VERY BADLY & TOO MANY INSECTS, MOSQUITOS, RATS ETC.
