Sewer Line Blocked Outside PNB Bank C-912, Sector 7, Dwarka, New Delhi

This is to inform you that the sewer outside our bank is overglowing
since 3-4 months but even after repeated complaints to local
authorities, there has been no action taken to correct it. The dirty
water from the sewer keeps coming out of it and has made the whole road
in front o[censored]s smelling foul. Please help ous out of this situation.

You are requested to look into this matter on urgent basis.

My house, 15 South Patel Nagar was built in 1952-3. The Sewer Line of my house is blocked as it is connected to the old Sewer Line in the back Lane. I tried to get it opened by the Local Jamadar but he failed and I was informed that this MCD/Jal Board line in the back Lane is old and now has been blocked. I am informed that I have to connect my house Sewer Line to the other sewage line which was laid parallel to the old Sewer Line. I wish to know the procedure.
If a new Sewer Line was laid then my Sewer Line should have been connected to it as I have been paying Sewer charges to Delhi Jal Board.
Where do I register complain?
Do I require a permission to connect my Sewer Line to the new Sewer Line ?
Will MCD/Delhi Jal Board get my Sewer Line connected to the new Sewer Line?
OR
Do I have to hire a contractor to do the Job?
