Delhi Jal Board — subsidy not provided on water bill

This is in connection with k no. [protected].
My water bill for 161 days has been generated with total consumption as 113 units and amounting to Rs.2002/-.
However, this bill does not include subsidy provided for first 20 units for every 30 days and thus amounts Rs.2002. As per my calculations, this makes 108 of total units subsidised. I request authorities to please look into this.

We are residing at NIL 62, MALVIYA NAGAR, NEW DELHI 110017
there is a very serious water problem occurred here due to non availability of water supply.
You are requested to send someone for the checking the problem that why we are not getting water supply & others do
