Delhi Jal Board — water bill issue not resolved | |
Sir, This is to bring to your attention that my water bill has extended from the given limit due to which i have to now pay the extra charges. But it is all your employees fault as they did not come for the monthly reading or might have skipped reading. But later on reading was combined for all the 3 months due to which the actual limit extended. This is not our fault. Kindly send some eligible workmen to read the meter as this has resulted to a fault for which we have to bear a huge cost. This is not desirable. We want our problem resolved otherwise we will not pay the next continuing bills as this is not our fault. Please look to our issue and respond positively. From the past 5 years we are receiving a nil bill and now also after talking to the person who examined our bill we got to know that the per month bill is still nil. Please check the matter sincerely as this means us a lot. We have received sms regarding the water bill of the amount ₹2178.
