Sir, my self b. K. Puri r/o ab-100, shaimar bagh, delhi-110088 received an invoice from delhi jal board for k. No.[protected] for the period from 20.8.19-17.10.19 for rs.3778/- in this regard i would like to inform you that for more than 10 years the said building remain closed.
