I bought a metro card approx. 4-5 months ago. Suddenly, it stops working so i decided to submit it to a metro station for exchange or getting my stucked money back as it has approx. 200rs.in it. But unfortunately the officers on the station are not helping out. I have submitted the form which they said to fill up. They have given me a slip but there is no response as they are saying come here before 8 a. M or go there go here, etc. Now please solve the issue out. The station is "shadipur".
