Delhi Metro Rail Corporation [Dmrc] — recharge not done in metro card after giving money

Address:Chandni chowk metro station, New Delhi, Delhi

I gave 200rs for recharge in my metro card at chandni chowk consumer care center around 10:15 to 10:25 pm on 18/8/2019. But when i was about to exit from malviya nagar gate 1, i asked comsumer care center to check metro card history through which i got to know that there was no recharge done that day and i had previous balance.

Please take action on this matter.
