This is to bring to your notice that a high tension cable [60000 v] was
Laid under the service lane feeding plot nos, 13, 14 and other adjoining
Areas of sector ix of dwarka. Whereas the land dug out for the purpose has been fillled in by loose soil immediately thereafter, it was not properly cemented resulting in spreading of the loose soil in the air.
