[Resolved] Delhi Metro — theft of wallet

sir, i was travelling from central secratriate to chandani chowk on 29 nov 2014 at 2:00 pm.as i entered the stairs of chandani9 chowk metro station for exit my red color wallet containing 10, 000 rs, two gold rings, 3 pendrives and many more things was stolen from my bag.Immediately i gone to csif but they shown very casual attitude as theives are their friends.pls help me taht ammount wallet and pendrives means a lot to me. smita

on 8th january 2015 i was travelling by metro from noida sector-18 towards yamuna bank.somebody staole my wallet from my bad during this ride.i went to police station at yamuna bank metro station.they showed a very casual attitude as if stealing is a very normal activity. i asked them to show me cctv footage of noida sector 18 metro station but they didnt know how to use computers. but they were very active in filing my application.
my wallent contained my aadhar card, photographs, cash around rs.4000 and some other important documents.
