Delhi Police — fraud cheque given on delivery of goods and now ignoring making payments

With respect i here by want to launch a complaint that dr. Priyanka thakural (Mobile number:[protected]) has given us chaque on delivery but sign was not as per bank records. Now she is not ready to give us payments and goods have been delivered already. I kindly request please initiate some action asap
