Delhi Police — Fraudulent manpower services

As i was in need for labour and truck drivers.
I requested just dial to send me number of manpower service providers.
Suddenly i received a call, and he said that they provide manpower services.
His firm name was.
Ali construction co. Haldia (Mr akash)
After talking many times on phone.
I requested them to bring 4 drivers. He said to me to deposit 3000 rs for travelling and fooding etc. I only transferred 2000. He said next morning that his purse has lost. Deposit more.
After that i felt that they are fraud.. When i shouted that i vl complaint.
He said i vl complaint for u.
U only paid 2000. But now i will take 8000 more from you..
