Delhi Police — grievance against investigating officer

Dear sir / madam,

My name is yogesh chauhan. Residential of h. No.441, chhattarpur, new delhi - 110074. I have filed a complain against online fraud with me to mehrauli police station. And it is more than 1 month but no action has been taken by investigating officer. We have all details regarding accused like his phone number, location, his phone ip address etc. But he is not taking any action. Every time when i told him to take action he turns the talk with stupid reasons and cut the call. Investigating officer name and no. Is = hc rajeev and [protected]. I visited police station many times but seniors scold me.

Why all this happing with me.

Plz guide me what i have to do and give me some base to tackle this.
And reply or contact me as soon as possible

Now its 19/5/2018 and i was filled a complaint on 23/04/2018 and still no reply has been received from delhi police customer support . So, now what i have to do.
