Last month our landlord told us that our bill was 2000 rs per month (that month) since we used electronics. Note that this area has government meters which has free electricity upto 200 units. He said it crossed 200 units thats why our bill was 2000. We agreed to pay even then but asked him to show us th bill once. He took the koney but havent provided or showed us the bill till now.
Secondly, we took the house for four months, i.e, december to march since we have internship at a clinic nearby.
He provided us with 2 rooms, in which one had no fan. It was winters when we took the place so we didnt ask for anything, not even beds. Now heat has increased and we live in 3rd floor. We asked him to put a fan in the other room to which he denied saying that we are not staying for a longer time so, he wont put any fan now. It is unbearably hot now. Just because we are students and not from here, he thinks he can deny us everything, even basic needs. Was this information helpful? |
