Actually my name is donbor roi marthong i'm from nongpoh ribhoi district meghalaya state so i write this f. I. R for about the fraud he is from london so he came here indian in delhi they said they will helping for about the misionarry but this message is coming in my self email this message is coming from london then after that after he reach in delhi he starting to demand for about the money transfer certificate 30 thousand then after that he demanding more 55thousand then more 1lakh but i just finish to pay them only 1lakh 30 thousand then he said this money is not be transferred if you don't pay all for about that document then i don't know he is reality or not that why sir i requested from you please help me on this stitution with this fraud... Thank you
