Delhi Police — refund from company

I booked car on 12 the december 2017 and 16 december 2017 and i to receive refund from volvercars.com a self drive provider company in delhi and ncr.
They take refund time of 15 days but whenever i call they say refund has not been initiated it will take more time when i ask them in writing they say our email team will mail you but i don’t receive any mail.

I am sharing you booking details and everything
Pls help me asap
1) for 1st booking of 12th dec 2017 i have 2000rs security refund awaited
2) for second booking the tire of car was not in proper condtion two tires changed from our end with their approval i have attached booking details and bill below
