Dear sir,
I started my name is neha manocha and i started my course on 7th june 2018 and after only offline classes, online classes are not arranged and after every few days they send mail regarding feedback survey. When i told regarding my issue of not attending of online classes there was no response from dsim and now after 6 months when i m asking for the refund of my couse fees which i pay through credit card to them as i m incurring interest charges on that amount. Now they are arranging my classes which i can not take as i m working in hospital where there is no fixed hours shift.
Now they have given me time limit of 2 months to attend those classes. Please help. Was this information helpful? |
