Dear sir My self tushar sharma i want to tell you that the the drivers of route no120 are not doing there job honestly. The route120 is from narela terminal to stayawadi raja harish chand hospital to b-4 lal chowk, narela. They used to take turn from the hospital which is not the route the route. Today the bus driver of dtc route no120 vehicle no. (Dl1pc0208) & my dtc bus pass no. Is (670910) asked the of lal chowk then i said to him that i want to go b-4 lal chowk he won't listen to me and took turn from hospital. So please take strict action from my complaint.
