I have submitted my examination fee on 15 november, 2018. The balance was deducted from my bank account but i did not got any reference id or transaction number. I thought that may be it is a technical problem but when i wanted to download my fee reciept then it was showing that i haven't submitted my fee. I keep on mailing to your given sites but i can't got any proper response from them. My college admin told me to submit the fees twice so that my previous fees would be refunded so i submit it twice but the same thing happened, the balance was deducted from bank and no update on my profile. Now tell me what should i do. Where should i go.
