Delhi University — Feedback payment

Dear sir,
I had applied for ug merit based and paid online fees for sri guru gobind singh college of commerce and the amount of 23000 got debited from my bank account but no fee receipt was generated. On the portal also it is showing fees not paid but i have received a conformation message from my bank.

I also went to the dsw in north campus where they told me to pay again and the earlier fee will return to my bank account.
But sir i have been waiting for 10 days and there is no refund as i have paid my fee twice. Sir i also have the bank statement showing the amount deducted from my bank account. Please see to it that i get my refund asap.
