[Resolved]  Delhi University — Need transcript fee refund

His is in regards to fees paid to obtain official transcript of marks from delhi university on 03/02/2021. The fees was paid twice (with different order ids) for the same course via their website
Recipt number 441232
Could you please help me to get this fees refunded as this was not used while applying for the transcripts.
