Delhi University — refund of application money paid twice

I applied for online admission form in ug course. I have paid ₹ 650 fee but the status showed unpaid and "please try again" was written on the page. So, i tried again and it showed now payment successfully done but the problem was that amount has been deducted twice from my account and then i checked my application the status showed fee paid and it was paid through the first transaction but the amount has been deducted from the second transaction also and i waited for refund but i haven't received it yet.
