Delhivery — Consignment delayed indefinitely | |||
Hello Sir/ Madam, As you can see from the attachment, which is a screenshot of the tracking details of the consignment number[protected]copy of bill attached), Delhivery has been bouncing the package from one place to another for the last 45 days. Somedays it is misrouted, some days rerouted, some days bag missing, some days in Mogappair, some days in Poonamallee. Many times it has reached destination but it is not delivered. I think they have lost the package and providing fraudulent information so that the case is delayed indefinitely. Their customer care is useless and after writing to them for countless times, their only response is that they are looking into the issue and to allow next 2 days for updates which have been the same for 45 days (screenshot attached). Because of this delay, I cannot claim the refund from Amazon for an item costing Rs. 74, 000/- (Rupees Seventy Four Thousand). If this continues, my hard earned money will be lost. Please help.
