[Resolved] Delhivery — customer negligence, delayed delivery, no customer service contact | |||
This is concerning the order i had placed on the dt.14.03.2019 for my project purpose with the company named, pyrax international who did sent my order through delhivery courier service. The estimated delivery date was set for dt.20.03.2019, the courier service never showed or contacted then i had to call up and inquire about it where i was informed that it was delayed due to some reason. It will be sent for escalation and the order will reach within 24 hours. After this it had been over 48 hours and there is no one to attend calls and regardless a multiple calls was placed. With a sincere and all due respect, this really needs to be held valid issue as it delayed customer valued time and personally had already caused me my project ratings.
