I ordered Motorola G73 through Motorola India website on may 10th 2023. (Order #[protected] And it is getting delivered via their deliver partners 'Delhivery'. They stated in their update that it will be delivered on 12th May evening and it was written that delivery executive is out for delivery, but they postponed it to 13th may giving a vague reason that I refused the order ( I didn't even got a call for the same ). On 13th they shifted my order to 14th. On checking today they have shifted date to tomorrow i.e. 15th of May without any prior notice.

NOW THIS IS REALLY GETTING ON MY NERVES.
Also I can't contact them either because they were given the parcel by Motorola and when I try to contact on their number it says contact through registered mobile number ( which ofcourse belongs to Motorola )
I tried to contact them on twitter through direct message where they replied that they will resolve it and give priority to my order. What they did in the name of of priority is shifting the dates repeatedly. This is really upsetting. I wonder how are they still able to run a business with such pathetic service and reviews averaging not more than 1.5 stars out of 5.
Please help me. I am really in need of a new phone as I have already sold my old phone and without it I am facing a lot of difficulties in day to day tasks ( I am a student ).
