[Resolved] Delhivery — Not delivering the product in time

Tracking ID: [protected] Order ID: AIN00693222 Order type : Prepaid Ordered from: Adidas I had placed my order on 15th of April 2022. The product was picked up by courier agent in Biilaspur, Haryana on 16th of April and since then the product is stuck there. No more updates have been received regarding the product. The company is showing 0 responsibility towards the delivery process. I have tried contacting them many times and they don't respond to any of my mails about the delivery of my product. Also! I had called them and they were so casual about it and said it will reach by 22nd but the product is still at Bilaspur. I have a bunch of pending orders but unfortunately, due to the service provider being Delhivery, all of them are stuck at Rajpura, AS USUAL. This never used to be an issue when the deliveries were done by expressbees especially for Nykaa as they would get delivered within two to three days but now the deliveries take at least 2 weeks, and we usually get them 6-7 days after the estimated delivery time. I just wanna know what exactly is happening in Rajpura that not one parcel can pass through that place without getting stuck for at least a week.
