Delhivery — Package delivery delay - not responding properly | emergency package | reached nearest centre for the delivery but delayed 5days | |
I placed a pickup request in delhivery to pickup my order on Oct 1st and after couple of emails they picked the package and reached the delivery centre by Oct 6(this is the date they mentioned as a estimated delivery). It’s been 5days the package didn’t delivered yet. Though it reached the nearest centre to deliver it got delayed. I requested for a faster delivery also. I wrote several emails to send my package at the earliest. They don’t have a contact number to reach and the support team will respond once in a while saying “apologies for the inconvenience caused” They will not update with a message or email regarding the delay delivery and I requested to share the address where it was sticker so that I will arrange a person to pick-up. That also they were not doing. Actually it’s a surprise gift for my friend and unfortunately I used this poor service to send the courier. It’s been12 days I handovered the package to delhivery team. I am really upset with the service of Delhivery. I need my package to be delivered within Oct 13th at any cost. If they can’t do that they have to look for other option atleast.
